1943s double die...how doubled does it have to be to get a designation on a slab?

I think this is doubled. Its a 1943 S Washington. Under the scope its clear, but the pics aren't so great. The 3 has extra lines, as does the 4. The leading edge of the 9 looks ok as well, but the one isn't so clear.

Any opinions?

The DDO recognized by PCGS is almost visible to the naked eye (if you have good eyes). Yours is not the big one.

I would think that, under a micro scope, the doubling should be obvious. To be perfectly honest, I don't think your coin is any kind of doubled die.
